Return Policy


RETURN POLICY

Return policy is 15 days from the date product arrives. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging, with all clothing stickers, tags etc. No Shipping cost will refunded unless item is deemed defected and replacement is needed. True Royalty will need to be immediately notified in writing about the defect within 15 days of delivery explaining the nature of the discrepancy before returning. Customer will be responsible for paying the returned shipping cost which will be immediately refunded within 48 business hours once product is returned on any deemed defective product. New product with then go out for delivery or customer will be notified if product is on back order and the expected time for delivery.

If a size exchange is needed, again product must be in original new condition and customer shall be responsible for shipping fees. By placing an order for any products, you indicate that you have read this refund policy and that you agree with and fully accept the terms of this refund policy.
